Inside Sales
The primary duty involves getting the prospect interested in the company products and services and setting up a semi-qualified and mutual meeting or appointment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and accomplishing a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
- Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
- Cooperating with Project Managers to determine essential strategic approaches for proposals.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospect opportunities of the organization.
- Outbound account management.
- Handling cancellations or changes in appointment and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Is familiar with solution or consultative selling and can emphasize service or product value proposition & benefits.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

- Must meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
- An inside sales representative must have the ability to repetitively overcome rejection from sales leads, outbound calls and inbound calls.
- Understand and practices “solution” selling.
- Prominent organization and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills and well organized
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

Education and Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in Marketing or Business related field, preferred
- 5-7 years experience in related or similar positions, required
- Has had relevant training in Inside sales, preferred
- Track record of working well under pressure and achieving goals and objectives, required

Web Design Internship
Work with and learn from the Triscari Group to build, maintain and promote web sites.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Web based graphic design, electronic marketing
- Develop site landing pages and site features
- Work in CMS and e-commerce platform to perform updates
- Apply changes needed for SEO / conversion rate optimization
Required Skills
- Web specific skills including HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery and image optimization
- Motivated to learn new technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, web fonts and mobile site design
- Ability to quickly transform Photoshop documents into web pages following the latest HTML standards
- Website design and usability
- Working with or developing in distributed computing technologies.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products
Required Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently received Associates or Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working with Content Management Systems
- Experience building / modifying sites (portfolio recommended)
