After several years of working in broadcast television, Sebastian decided to offer customized productions to meet the needs of individual organizations. His business soon outgrew its original location and was renamed to Triscari Productions in 1994. With the addition of Jacqlyn Triscari in 2001, Triscari Productions was able to broaden its offerings to include holistic multimedia solutions. The company then later evolved into The Triscari Group and currently provides media solutions for HR and Marketing to local, regional, and national clients.
